Upgrade Policy

Notice:

At times we may add new features to our software that require extensive rewriting of code. When this happens we call it a major upgrade and we change the version number, say from 3.x to 4.x. Since new features were added that you didn't pay for, we require a small upgrade fee to compensate for the new features added to the software. We also stop support for previous registration codes issued to former versions.

If we only fixed a known bug or enhance features that were already there your upgrade is free. These are designated as minor version upgrades, say from 3.1 to 3.3.

How Can I Get My Upgrade at the Special Price?

By filling the form below we will provide you with a username and password to be able to order from our special Upgrades catalog. You will only be authorized to order the items you specify on the form below. Do not add other items to your cart. If you add an item for which you were not authorized we will refund your money and the order will be delayed. Please submit one form for each upgrade you want.
