HotSync ID Registration Based Policy:

Palm OS HotSync ID

The HotSync ID is the name you have assigned to your Palm OS device. We use this information to personalize your software registration key.

To locate your HotSync ID:

1. From your applications launcher, tap on the HotSync icon. (1)
2. A new screen will open up, and the name on the upper right corner is your HotSync ID. (2) The HotSync ID in this example is “Jane User.”

You can also locate your HotSync ID by launching one of our apps and tapping on the "Register" button. You can also choose the menu "Help" and select the "Register" menu item if you already have started using the program. You will see your HotSync ID where "Name:" is.

HotSync ID Registration Policy

The HotSync ID is case, space and punctuation-sensitive, so please enter it exactly as it appears on your device. An incorrectly entered HotSync ID may cause delays in receiving your registration key.

Since we sell you a registration code based on the HotSync ID you provide for us, please make sure you are giving us the ID of the Palm where you intend to use the program. Once you purchase a registration code that is valid you cannot change it. If you want to use the program in another Palm you must purchase another registration code based on the HotSync ID of that Palm.
