This vital service to your computers is performed monthly (ideally) or whenever you
decide. Starting from $50/computer, the
service includes:

Deluxe Maintenance.
The deluxe maintenance adds the following services starting from $75/computer:

Troubleshooting.
Can you afford to have your server down for any length of time? Of course not!
WIS technicians are MS certified in troubleshooting all kinds of computers and
offering alternatives if solutions cannot be found with the current hardware setup. Since
we cater to the small business, our consulting fees for this service are low and
affordable. Starting from $100/hour
(labor only, does not include parts), we will evaluate your entire system and offer
alternatives and/or upgrades needed. Since you can request onsite
troubleshooting, this service is only currently available in Puerto Rico.
Upgrading.
Rather than throwing away all your current hardware, perhaps WIS can suggest if it is
feasible and cost-effective to upgrade the hardware you currently have. Most new systems
available on the market may be too much for your business needs. Perhaps you don't
need the latest processor or processing speed. Maybe you only need a memory boost,
or a larger hard drive. Starting from $75/hour
plus parts, we can upgrade your system(s) onsite. We offer free estimates for
this service.
Network Setup & Configuration.

Starting from $375/workstation ($500/server),
WIS can setup, configure and optimize your Win 3.11, 9X, NT or Novell Network onsite.
